How to subscribe to one plan for multiple users?
First, subscribe to a mobile plan for one user. After activation, add up to 4 more users in the self-service portal. If you need help, choose the plan and number of users, then fill out the form to get assistance from a consultant.

How to subscribe?
Subscribe alone or with your whole family
Subscribe with a new number or with your existing number, which we can help you transfer from another operator. After subscription, you can create a group with multiple numbers and share your internet plan with your family.Choose the right amount of data
If you do not know exactly how much data you need, it does not matter – you can change it at any time in the self-service.Add users or devices as needed
If you wish to transfer more than one number, you have two options:
1) subscribe to a mobile plan for one user first, then add up to 4 more users later in the self-service;
2) choose the desired number of users when selecting the mobile plan, submit the form, and we will get in touch with you.

Calls, messages, and Internet abroad
When travelling, mobile Internet always comes at a fixed volume and cost. Choose a suitable private client plan before you travel.
Additional mobile internet capacity
If you run out of Internet capacity before the end of the month, you can order more. You can purchase the capacity both via SMS and the self-service.
Additional data
When you have used up the data included in your Internet plan, you will be taken to a website when using the Internet, where you will be able to order additional data allowing you to continue using the Internet.
Prices and subscription
Additional data subscription online
Once your data is used up, further Internet use will be blocked for you until the end of the month. In order to continue using the Internet, your browser will display a tab where you can conveniently buy additional data. You will also receive an SMS notification when your monthly Internet has been used up, and instructions and conditions for buying additional data.
Additional data subscription by SMS
With SMS, it is possible to subscribe to additional data for a plan with data of at least 1 GB. The speed of additional data will remain the same as in your Internet plan.
- To subscribe to additional data with a device with its data used up (e.g. from a tablet computer to the same tablet computer), please send an SMS to the number 123 with the content ‘ADDITIONAL DATA X GB’, where instead of X GB there is 1 GB, 5 GB or 15 GB, depending on how much additional data you need.
- To subscribe to additional data with a phone to another device with its data used up (e.g. to another phone, tablet computer or router), please send an SMS to the number 123 with the content ‘ADDITIONAL DATA X GB 5XXXXXX’, where instead of X GB there is 1 GB, 5 GB or 15 GB, depending on how much additional data you need. Instead of 5XXXXXX, please enter the device number for which you want to purchase additional data. The device number can be found from the notification about reaching the data limit that has been sent via SMS or email.
The additional data is valid until the end of the calendar month. Once you have used the additional data, your Internet speed will be limited until the end of calendar month. If requested, you can order additional data repeatedly.
