Mon–Fri 9–20, Sat 10–17 (technical support), Sun and public holidays 10–16 (technical support). A SIM card can be disconnected around the clock.
If the service is closed at the moment, you can request a return call at a time that is convenient for you or book an appointment to visit the shop.

Within Estonia, calls to the short number
from the Telia network are free of charge. Calls to the Telia service numbers from other Estonian operators’ networks are charged according to the caller’s plan rate in Estonia.Closing your SIM card
You can also send a SIM card closure request or a request for revocation of a SIM card outside working hours. We respond immediately to SIM card closure requests.
Calls to and from service numbers are recorded to improve customer service.
