Mon–Fri 9–20, Sat 10–17 (technical support), Sun and public holidays 10–16 (technical support). A SIM card can be disconnected around the clock.
If the service is closed at the moment, you can request a return call at a time that is convenient for you or book an appointment to visit the shop.

and free of charge from within the Telia network.When calling from abroad, the short numbers
and are available when the VoLTE or 4G calling service is active on your phone. If you do not have the VoLTE service on your phone or if you are calling from another Estonian operator’s mobile network, you must dial the landline number . Calls to Telia service numbers from the networks of other operators are subject to the price set by the specific operator.Closing your SIM card
You can also send a SIM card closure request or a request for revocation of a SIM card outside working hours. We respond immediately to SIM card closure requests.
Calls to and from service numbers are recorded to improve customer service.
