APN settings on a phone running Android software
The easiest way is to subscribe to your phone's internet and MMS settings with a text message.
- Send a message with the content Seaded to 1711.
The arrival of the settings is usually indicated by an icon in the notification bar on the phone screen.

To install, open the message and accept it by tapping on it.
You will normally be notified which services are being configured. Confirm the action.

If the database does not contain the right set of settings for your phone, you can set up your phone manually.
Open your phone's settings menu and under Network services settings, find Mobile networks settings.
Under Mobile network settings, you will find the subsection Access Point Names or Access Points or APNs. Open this menu.
If there are no entries in this subsection, your phone is not configured to use mobile Internet services. To add a set of Internet connection settings, click the Add icon.
- Give the connection a name (for example Telia Internet).
- Set the APN to internet.emt.ee.
- Set MCC to 248 and MNC to 01.
- Set the APN type to default.
Open the action menu (usually the three dots in the top corner of the screen) and select save.
The list of APNs will display the entry for the set of connection settings you configured. Be sure to check that the label behind it indicates that the connection is activated.
APN is configured
To use the Multimedia Messaging (MMS) service, you also need to set up a data connection profile for this service.
To do this, click on the Add to Internet connection settings icon again.
- Give the connection a name (for example Telia MMS).
- Set the APN to mms.emt.ee.
- MMS Service Centre (MMSC) address: mms.emt.ee/servlets/mms.
- MMS proxy 217.71.32.82
- MMS proxy port 8080
- MCC set to 248 and MNC set to 01
- Set APN type to mms
To confirm your action, select confirm from the action menu.
