You can use mobile payments to pay for various goods and services whose cost will be added to your cell phone bill.

  • Prices for goods and services, along with information on making purchases, can be found on the service provider’s homepage.
  • The service fee added to the purchase price of the transaction is provided on the information page for the specific service.

Annaabi.ee (study materials)

You can pay for the fee-paying content of annaabi.ee (educational materials, etc.) with your mobile bill.

Telia private contractual customers and prepaid card users can use the service. If you use the phone of your employer who is a business or corporate customer (with a business customer contract), you can use the service if:

  • the employer has authorized you to do so in the Telia self-service.
  • you are using the Private billing service

A Telia service fee of €0.32 incl. VAT (€0.27 excl. VAT) applies to each purchase.

The environment is managed by OÜ Lolsol. A daily limit of €50 is applied to purchasing OÜ Lolsol services.

Apollo Cinema

Apollo Cinema tickets can be billed to your mobile invoice using the Apollo Cinema smartphone app. Download a suitable Solaris Cinema app for your phone from the AppStore or Google Play store. You can use the app to buy the ticket you need, just follow the instructions.

Telia and Diil private contractual customers and prepaid card users can pay for Apollo Cinema tickets with their mobile bill. If you use the phone of your employer who is a business or corporate customer (with a business customer contract), you can use the service if:

  • the employer has authorized you to do so in the Telia self-service
  • you are using the private billing service

A Telia service fee of €0.32 incl. VAT (€0.27 excl. VAT) applies to each purchase.

A daily limit of €50 is applied to purchasing Solaris Cinema tickets.

Barking

The Barking mobile app gives you access to many parking areas, including closed areas with barriers and gates. You can book parking spaces in advance and pay for the service with your phone bill. Download the app and read more from the website of the service provider Barking OÜ.

You can pay with your mobile bill in the Barking app if you are a private or business contractual customer or a prepaid card user.

If you use the phone of your employer who is a corporate customer (with a business customer contract), you can use the service if:

  • the employer has authorized you to do so in the Telia self-service
  • you are using the private billing service

A Telia service fee of €0.32 incl. VAT (€0.27 excl. VAT) applies to each purchase.

A daily limit of €50 is applied to Barking mobile payments.

Ekspress Meedia AS (Ekspress, Maaleht, Päevaleht)

You can be billed on your phone invoice for access to the fee-paying articles on Ekspress Meedia AS webpages ekspress.ee, maaleht.ee and epl.ee tasuliste artiklite eest.

Call the number displayed on the screen to make the payment.

All Telia customers can use the service.

A daily limit of €50 is applied to mobile payments for access to Ekspress, Maaleht and Päevaleht.

A Telia service fee of €0.32 incl. VAT (€0.27 excl. VAT) applies to each purchase.

GateMe

The GateMe iOS app allows you to find nearby events, buy tickets and add yourself to the guest list with just one click. Download the app and read more on GateMe homepage.

Telia private contractual customers and prepaid card users can use the GateMe mobile payment. If you use the phone of your employer who is a business or corporate customer (with a business customer contract), you can use the service if:

  • the employer has authorized you to do so in the Telia self-service
  • you are using the private billing service

A Telia service fee of €0.32 incl. VAT (€0.27 excl. VAT) applies to each purchase.

A daily limit of €50 is applied to purchasing GateMe products.

Google Play store

In order to pay with a mobile invoice, you should select "Telia accounting" as method of payment in account settings or during the purchase in Google Play application. An automatic account confirmation SMS is sent from the phone to the number 9544, once a payment method has been added.

All contractual private clients of Telia and calling card users can use the Google Play mobile payment. Those who use their employer's phone in the case of Telia's business and large clients can use mobile payments if:

  • the employer has given them corresponding rights via the Telia self-service
  • they use the private invoice service

No service fee will be added to the cost of the purchase transaction.

The daily limit of purchases from the Google Play store is € 20 and the monthly limit is € 60

Usage of method of payment assumes Android version 2.2 or newer and usage of the newest version of Google Play application.

Management of children's purchases

As all Google account holders can choose method of payment in Google Play application, we suggest to parents to check the Google Play application settings in their children's phones, use parental controls possibilities in Google Play and talk over the arrangements for using the phone.

ID ticket/e-ticket

The service allows you to purchase various tickets provided by Ridango AS. Read more about the tickets from the website pilet.ee.

A Ridango AS transaction fee from €0.19 (incl. VAT) up to €0.38 (incl. VAT) is added to the price of the ticket depending on the type of the ticket.

The ID ticket/e-ticket purchasing service can be used by the contractual private and business customers of Telia. If you use the phone of your employer who is a corporate customer (with a business customer contract), you can use the service if:

  • the employer has authorized you to do so in the Telia self-service
  • you are using the private billing service

Dial 1322*code*personal identification code on your phone to purchase an ID ticket.

  • "code" stands for the code of the ID ticket to be purchased
  • "personal identification code" stands for the personal identification code of the person who will use the ID ticket
  • all ID card holders and minors under the age of 15 holding a student card with a personal identification code can purchase an ID ticket

Make a call to the chosen number combination, i.e. dial the number on the display and according to the type of phone, press "Call", "Yes", "OK" or other.

Make sure to listen to the voice instructions and press * (star) to confirm your ticket purchase, otherwise your ticket will not be activated.

The system answers in Estonian and instructs the user on how to confirm the ID ticket purchase. Next time when you purchase a ticket using the same personal identification code (ID card as the carrier of the ticket) you will not need to insert the personal identification code again. The central system remembers the last transaction and the new ticket is connected to the same personal identification code (ID card) regardless of the type of ticket bought. It makes ticket purchases quick and easy from the second transaction. If you want to purchase an ID ticket for another person, you have to insert a different personal identification code.

All holders of the Public Transport Card (e-card) can purchase an e-ticket.

  • they use the private invoice service

No service fee will be added to the transaction cost.

A daily limit of €50 is applied when paying for the services of Kuldne Börs.

Lottery

You have to create a user account on the Eesti Loto homepage to buy a ticket with your cell phone. By creating a user account, you confirm that you are the legitimate owner of the cell phone number and accept the terms and conditions set by Eesti Loto. The daily limit of €40 is applied to purchasing lottery tickets.

Call 17788*1 to play Keno Loto and confirm that you are at least 16 years old by pressing * (star/asterisk) before you purchase a ticket. The player gets a Keno Loto Pliks-Plaks (quick pick) ticket.

The ticket:

  • has two play areas
  • has a play area with 10 numbers
  • has a €1 bet per one play area
  • costs €2 plus a transaction fee of €0.19

The player receives a confirmation SMS after the purchase of the ticket is registered.

Keno Loto has two draws a day 7 days a week at 14:15 and 21:15. The ticket has to be purchased before 14:00 or 21:00 to participate in the draw. The tickets purchased after 14:00 and 21:00 will participate in the next draw.

If you wish, you can make your own ticket using the numbers in the SMS. In order to do that, write the first five numbers shown in the message under the letter "B" so that the first number given in the SMS is the first in the column "B", the second number in the message is the second from the top in the column "B", the third number in the message is the third in the column "B", etc. Mark the next five numbers given in the SMS the same way under the letter "I", etc. The last five numbers given in the SMS have to be marked under the letter "O".

Call 17788*4 to play Eurojackpot and confirm that you are at least 16 years old by pressing * (star) before you purchase the ticket. The player gets a Eurojackpot Pliks-Plaks (quick pick) ticket.

You can be billed on your phone invoice for access to the fee-paying articles at Meie Maa and Hiiu Leht.

All Telia customers can use the service.

No service fee is added to the purchase.

A daily limit of €50 is applied to mobile payments for Meie Maa and Hiiu Leht.

Minecraft game servers

You can be billed on your phone invoice for the virtual services (rights, property, etc.) offered in the Minecraft environment Nuhvel. Call the number displayed on the screen to make the payment.

Telia private contractual customers and prepaid card users can use the service. If you use the phone of your employer who is a business or corporate customer (with a business customer contract), you can use the service if:

  • the employer has authorized you to do so in the Telia self-service
  • you are using the private billing service

The gaming environments are managed by OÜ Klots. A daily limit of €20 is applied to purchasing OÜ Klots services.

Olerex

It really does not matter whether it is morning when you would like a cup of warm coffee or evening that is ideal for a car wash. The app enables you to use mobile payment to pay for the car wash service. Please download Olerex mobile app from Google Play and follow the app instructions. Choose the most suitable car wash, then washing mode, and make a mobile payment. After the purchase, a car wash ticket that is sent to your app and it has a button saying "Open the car wash door". Upon arriving to the gas station, please drive directly in front of the car wash door, open "Me" view in the app, press the button "Open the car wash door" on the car wash ticket and drive into the car wash.

All contractual private customers and calling card users of Telia can use the mobile payment in Olerex mobile app. The users of an employer who is a business customer or major customer (for example, it has signed the business customer contract) can use the mobile payment if:

  • their employer has granted them the corresponding right in Telia self-service;
  • they use the Private invoice service.
The service fee of Telia's mobile service in the amount of €0.32 (inclusive of VAT) (€0.27 exclusive of VAT) will be added to the purchase cost. A daily limit of €50 applies to Olerex mobile payment.

Border ticket

You can use mobile payments billed on your phone invoice to pay for crossing the border.

  • all Telia customers can pay for border tickets with their phone bill
  • electronic border queue booking can be done through the GoSwift environment
  • you can make a reservation and pay for the transaction billed to your cell phone invoice when you call the GoSwift call center at +372 698 9192

Piletilevi

Piletilevi tickets can be billed to your cell phone invoice using the Piletilevi smartphone app. Download the Piletilevi app from the App Store or Google Play. You can use the app to buy the ticket you need, all you have to do is follow the instructions.

Postimees

It is possible to use direct mobile billing for paying for AS Postimees online paid content at www.postimees.ee (articles, audiovisual content, etc.).

Selvepesulad

Never drive in a dirty car again – now you can pay for a car wash via mobile payment. Just call the number in the self service car wash that turns on the pumps or a vacuum cleaner and the service fee will be added to your mobile invoice.

This service is provided by AS Ühisteenused in its self service car washes in Keila, Tartu, Pärnu and on Raadiku street in Tallinn; OÜ Auto Stock offers the service at 177A Riia street in Pärnu; Tamway OÜ has self service car washes at Laagri Maksimarket and at 2 Sõpruse road in Viimsi.

The service is available for contractual private clients. If you use the phone of your employer who is a business or corporate customer (with a business customer contract), you can use the service if:

  • the employer has authorized you to do so in the Telia self-service
  • you are using the private billing service

Taxify

Mobile payments via the Taxify application are available for private and business clients of Telia who have signed up as users of the application prior to 13.03.16.

You can now use a smartphone application called Taxigo to pay for cab rides with mobile payments. Download a Taxigo application that suits the operating system of your smartphone, install it according to the instructions provided and select mobile payment as your preferred payment method.

Mobile payments via the Taxigo application are available for private and business clients of Telia.

Those who use their employer's phone (in the case of Telia's business and large clients) can use mobile payments if:

You can use mobile payment to purchase the tickets offered in the booking environment pilet.teletorn.ee.

With T Grupp AS' Tpilet app, you can pay for bus tickets with your phone and the costs will show up on your phone bill. Download a Tpilet application that suits the operating system of your smartphone, install it according to the instructions provided and select "Mobile payment" as your preferred method of payment.

The payment option is available for contractual private and business clients of Telia and Diil, and users of calling cards.

Large clients (contractual business clients) who use their employer's phone can use the service if:

  • their employer has given them the corresponding right via Telia self-service;
  • they use the Private Invoice service

Telia's mobile service fee of € 0.32 (VAT included/ € 0.27 without VAT) will be added to the purchase price.

The Tpilet app has a daily limit of €50 for payments with phone.

TS Laevad

The service is available to Telia contract business and private customers and calling card users.

If you use your employer's phone number and your employer's has signed a business or corporate customer agreement with Telia, the service is available to you if:

  • your employer has granted you the right via the Telia self-service to pay for services with mobile phone bill.
  • you are subscribed to the Private Bill service.

Telia's service fee of €0.32 incl. VAT (€0.27 excl. VAT) applies to each purchase. The service has a daily limit of €50.

Viaplay

You can use mobile payment to pay for the Viaplay services both in the environment of viaplay.ee and Viaplay mobile app. For payment, please choose "Mobile payment" from the selection of payment methods and follow the instructions.

All Telia's contractual private clients and calling card users can use the mobile payment option.
Those who use their employer's telephone (in case of Telia's business and major clients) can make mobile payments if:

  • their employer has given them the corresponding rights through Telia self-service;
  • they use the private invoice service.

No service fee will be added to the transaction cost.

A daily limit of €50 is applied when paying for the Viaplay services.

NB! Viaplay is a service that will charge you every month. If you have chosen "Mobile payment" as the payment method, the monthly fee of the next period will be automatically added to the mobile invoice at the end of the period. Vificom Video-on Demand

Viru Keskus

It is possible to use direct mobile billing for paying for using the new self-service lockers at Viru Center.

To make the payment, follow instructions on the locker screen (enter phone number, select locker size, usage period, etc.).

The service is available to Telia and Diil residential customers and calling card users. If you use your employer's phone number and your employer's has signed a business or corporate customer agreement with Telia, the service is available to you if:

  • the employer has authorized you to do so in the Telia self-service
  • you are using the private billing service

Telia's service fee of €0.32 incl. VAT (€0.27 excl. VAT) applies to each purchase. The service has a daily limit of €50.

Õhtuleht

The fee-paying articles of Õhtuleht can be billed to your phone invoice.

Call the number displayed on the screen to make the payment.

All Telia customers can use the Õhtuleht mobile payment service.

A Telia service fee of €0.32 incl. VAT (€0.27 excl. VAT) applies to each purchase.

A daily limit of €50 is applied to the Õhtuleht mobile payment.

Zlick Ltd

Several websites of media publications (Eesti Ekspress, Maaleht, Eesti Päevaleht, etc.) enable to also purchase paid content by articles, using mobile payment.

All contractual customers and calling card users of Telia can use the mobile payment upon purchasing articles.

No service fee will be added to the cost of the purchase transaction.
