There you will find the serial number and product code of the device, that matches the data on the sticker on your device. Use it to fill in the electronic form below.

  • Please insert the serial number and product code of your main device into the form.
  • If the additional device malfunctions, the warranty service will be provided based on the warranty of the main device.
  • If you bought the additional device later, the warranty is based on the purchase invoice. This is also necessary if the warranty status is not clear.
