NEW MOBILE VOICEMAIL

We wish that our clients could always use the most state-of-the-art solutions.

To provide you improved and even better-quality voicemail services, we will transfer this service to a new, more modern platform this year. The transfer will bring no significant changes to you.

  • The renewed voicemail will give you space for more messages, enable to keep them for longer, and offer other improvements. See below for more information.
  • Your current voicemail greeting will be automatically transferred to the new voicemail.
  • The messages in the old voicemail will not be transferred to the new voicemail. You can listen to them until they expire by calling 5096004.
  • The numbers for voicemail checking and diverting will remain the same.

After the changes take place, we will notify you with an SMS.

Voicemail listening menu

  • The unchecked messages will always be played back starting from the earliest, so you no longer need to choose whether you wish to listen to them in ascending or descending order.

The mailbox settings menu will disappear

  • A landline telephone number can no longer be paired with voicemail inbox. The existing pairings will be removed.
    The activity settings - notifications and messages via email or SMS - can now be changed only in the self-service environment.

Mailbox greeting messages

  • The voice signature option will disappear
    You can choose between three prerecorded greetings. NB! The mailbox greeting messages can only be set via a phone and cannot be changed in the self-service environment.
