IT SERVICES PORTAL
The IT Services Client Portal was created to ensure that the inquiries of Telia’s large clients are forwarded in a more operative way. The portal provides up-to-date information about the handling of client inquiries and work done by specialists. A client’s contact persons can use the portal to access previous IT inquiries made to the customer service.
In addition to inquiries, it is also possible to access all the necessary information about servers, applications, databases, computer workstation, other IT services and contracts, via the IT portal.
